Troubleshooting Guide

Low light intensity
Dirty lens assembly Clean the fixture regularly
Misaligned lens assembly Install lens assembly properly
A single tri-color LED
does not illuminate
Faulty LED Replace the LED board
Faulty LED board Replace the LED board

None of the tri-color
LEDs illuminate
